Please join Elyse from Saltwater Scripts for an evening workshop on the art of hand-lettering! Elyse is a calligrapher and artist based out of  New York City. She's worked alongside chefs, designers, and event planners to create hand-lettered menus, invitations, and place settings to add a unique touch to the private event or party. 

During this workshop, you'll learn the basics of hand-lettering, including downstrokes, upstrokes, and "faux" calligraphy. Elyse will walk you through her process, teach you some of the basics, and guide you throughout your practice. With each ticket purchased, you'll receive a "bundle" set which includes practice lettering pages and 3 watercolor images, designed by Elyse for writing on. Tombow markers are not included and are recommended for the workshop, however you can practice with any marker or calligraphy lettering brush that you choose.
